CDC Information Regarding Pets and COVID-19

We are open, but our building is closed to client access.
We understand how strange and uncomfortable it is not to be with your pet during their visit. We also miss having you inside and are eagerly looking forward to resuming normalcy at a later date. As curbside service becomes our new temporary normal, we want to communicate our two main reasons behind keeping our building closed to client access.
- Due to the compact size of our building and many patients needing care, we are unable to follow health official recommendations for social distancing with clients inside.
- As a private small business, keeping our staff safe and healthy is vital to the success of our business through these difficult times. A positive COVID-19 case within our staff could shut down our practice for a quarantine period at minimum, which would not only be devastating for our business, but also for the many patients we care for on a daily basis with urgent needs.
We are continuing with curbside concierge service for everyone’s safety and so that we can be here when our patients’ need care. We appreciate your understanding and support.
