COVID-19 Updates

Dear Clients, 
 
Due to the rapidly evolving state of the current COVID-19 pandemic and Governor Kate Brown’s Executive Order No. 20-12, we are increasing our level of caution in effort to limit the spread of this virus. Our goal is to keep our staff members healthy so that we are available to provide necessary care for your pets, while also reducing risk to our clients. 
 
Now Offering: Curbside Concierge Service 

We are currently open to care for your pet’s urgent and emergency needs; however, our lobby is closed.  
 
Appointments: Please call our office to schedule an appointment. When you arrive, call our clinic and a staff member will come out to collect your pet. You will be asked to remove all personal items from your pet including leashes, collars, harnesses, and coats. All cats must be secured in a carrier. After examination by our doctors, we will contact you via phone to discuss treatment options.  
 
Supplies: We are doing our best to maintain stocked shelves of your pet’s food and medications. Please call our clinic when you arrive and a staff member will bring your items out to you.  
 
Home Delivery 

Online Pharmacy: Please take advantage of our online store to have your pet’s medications shipped to your home. The store is easily accessed from our website. 

Hill’s To Home: Your pet’s food can also be delivered to your home with no shipping fees. Call our clinic and our staff will get your pet enrolled in Hill’s home delivery.
